Happy Earth Day to you

More than 1 billion people in 192 countries participated in Earth Day activities, making it the largest civic observance in the world. The environment is rallying people and creating action world wide.
A Billion Acts of Green is an Earth Day Campaign collecting pledges of small gestures that individuals can make to be more earth friendly that when added altogether make a big impact.
Find out what individuals, organizations and businesses and governments are doing to Mobilize the Earth.
But if you are like most people and you have an idea of what you could be, should be doing and are maybe doing most of it ( you know, recycling, driving less, turning off appliances and lights etc etc) find out what the really smart focused people say we could be doing from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies:

"Imagine a prosperous zero-carbon, zero-waste, non-toxic, pleasantly urban yet leafy green community. Thats where you'll be living in 20 years, if we do our work right." YALE UNIVERSITY
